On the Theme of Excess
The summer holidays and events left us with a severe excess of leftover beer this summer, and after a few weeks this cache of quantity-not-quality beer has still not died down.After discovering some good friends also had their own battle of leftover brews and enlisted our help to dwindle the supply, I decided to find alternative disposal methods.
Some quick uses to help clear the fridges included:
Using beer to soak beans |
