Consistency of results is holding up both visually, and with a difference in sweetness between toasted vs untoasted spices.

Running totals:
Which one do you like better or Can you tell which one has the toasted spices?
6 - TOASTED
2 - UNTOASTED
2 - NO DIFFerence

Of the 6 for TOASTED:
5 - mixed combo of spices
1- cinnamon only

Of the 2 for UNTOASTED:
2 - could tell it was less toasted and sweeter
Of the 2 for NO DIFF:
2- cinnamon only

Some interesting comments have been:
 - the untoasted sample tasted sweeter, but the toasted sample tasted more flavorful
 - the untoasted tasted more strongly of cinnamon
- toasted spices produces a noticeable darker color in final product

Packed the taste test to go for happy hour tonight!

They cleaned me out! Most common response was: can I have more!? But I am starting to see some trends in the toasted vs. untoasted!

Today was a cinnamon solo test on apple roses. Got three taste testers at my afternoon food mapping meeting!

In today's blind tests: we had 1 vote for the untoasted being more flavorful, and 2 votes for no difference.

All participants noticed the color of the spices were easily visible (the toasted cinnamon is much darker).

In full discloser, 1 participant today was a college student and admitted he was so hungry he really couldn't distinguish much in terms of his pallet and more importantly..."can I have some more?!"
